As They say , being mother is a big responsibility .. You better know what you are getting into.. There are lot of people around me to guide me , let me know whats gonna follow , what to do , what not to do etc etc .but still yesterday I decided to do my part of study as well and ended up buying this book -

After going through various links on internet and reading reviews on various sites , I zeroed onto this one . I am still going through various chapters but till now book is really helpful , giving all kind of advice on what needs to be done exactly when on your course of pregnancy . There is a nice chapter listing all kind of nutrition needed when you are pregnant and sources of same what we can include in our diet :) . Good news little one is that !! Your mom is already taking quite nutritious diet except a BIG ? Milk :( , your mom hates it big time but doc also prescribed to take some protein powder twice a day in milk .. So for you my little one , I am having it now daily :) . Since no more nausea issues are there its easier to consume some milk . I hope you are having good time and i am taking good care of you :) . I will read even more and try and incorporate what is best for you in my daily routine , after all you need the best right !!! :) :)
